“A local well known fuel company came out to our house and said that they couldn’t fix our furnace due to not being able to find the right parts. I called Cooper’s and spoke to a very nice lady and explained everything. She transferred me to the Service manager who was very helpful. Without him coming to my house, he was able to locate the parts. I did send him pictures and dimensions, which was spot on. The gentleman who installed the parts was done in a timely manner and heat was produced. It did take 12 days to get the parts in, but that’s just the way it was due to the age of my furnace. “I have an older home (55 yrs). Split level. All electric. Was considering a standard HVAC with ducts or mini splits. I've travelled a lot in the past outside the U.S. for work. Mini Splits are everywhere because of their efficiency. “We use Apgar for our central air and boiler systems and for oil delivery. They are fast, affordable and every service person that has been out has been professional, polite and thorough. Boiler was installed in 1996 and central air unit was installed in 2019. Both by Apgar. The yearly maintenance plan is well worth the cost.“

“They installed a new heat pump for me as my original heat pump, which they installed 42 years ago, was failing. Since my problem started right when it got cold (November 2024), they speced. out a replacement and got it installed right away. The charge was what was quoted and had it not been a new system/configuration, I would not have known they were there (amazing clean-up when they were done!!). There was a problem with the amount of energy usage initially but they did a great job trouble shooting until they found the problem and resolved it. So as promised, the new technology is so much more efficient. I highly recommend them, they are wonderful to deal with!!“

“We recently had an issue with our toilets at our Veteran's Transitional Home. I met Frank a little while back and decided to give him a call to come take a look. Frank made time to come by as soon as he possibly could and give us a diagnosis. We had repaired the one toilet a few years ago, so we were already aware of some of the issues. Frank's team was fast and efficient. They broke everything down for us in layman's terms. They were more than fair in the pricing. They made time in their busy schedule to come fix the problems in a timely manner because they know how important the house is to those that we are providing shelter for. Frank and John went above and beyond to repair the damage and replace what needed to be updated. They even donated some of the labor time. Frank is a big supporter of our local veterans, and John donated labor as well because his brother did numerous tours in the Middle East and has many health related issues because of his years of service. “Mendez Heating & Cooling we 100% recommend! Our AC hadn't gone out, but it just wasn't blowing as cold. We had exhausted all our efforts with what little knowledge we could find on the topic, but we needed to call a professional before we messed something up! I called Mr. Mendez on 4/13. He was at out house before 8am on 4/14, and our AC was diagnosed & fixed & service paid for before 9am same day. I am very accustomed to my AC so when it's not working properly, I'm not working properly. Mr. Mendez was fast, thorough, & very knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing in great detail & answered all questions we had. His problem solving skills came in handy many times (considering we live in a camper) and his patience was a blessing.
