One long-time customer has been with Sarosky for about 25 years and recently had a completely new Heat Pump installed. They found the process—from the quote stage to the installation—flawless. Mark is recognized for being knowledgeable and always available to help. Sarosky HVAC offered several options for Carrier HVAC (heat pump) systems of the highest quality and best performance. Installation took only one day and was completed with good craftmanship. The system is performing very well, is very quiet, and the home is comfortable all the time. Sarosky Heating & AC put the original unit when the house was built. When the customer started having issues, they came and fixed some issues but told them they would need to replace. Mark came back and gave several options and was very informative. They got the customer up and running all in one day. Replaced the AC unit and furnace, and cleaned up, leaving no mess behind.
Sarosky replaced our heat pump and I am very happy with the entire process. Mark coordinated the whole process including estimate, financing and installation. I chose Sarosky because of Mark's professionalism, knowledge base and his customer service approach. On installation day, he and Frank did an excellent job. They are a great team. Initially, when I called the office to schedule someone to come to my home to talk about the possibility of installing a new heat pump, Joanne was very helpful with scheduling an appointment.
