“We recently had an issue with our toilets at our Veteran's Transitional Home. I met Frank a little while back and decided to give him a call to come take a look. Frank made time to come by as soon as he possibly could and give us a diagnosis. We had repaired the one toilet a few years ago, so we were already aware of some of the issues. Frank's team was fast and efficient. They broke everything down for us in layman's terms. They were more than fair in the pricing. They made time in their busy schedule to come fix the problems in a timely manner because they know how important the house is to those that we are providing shelter for. Frank and John went above and beyond to repair the damage and replace what needed to be updated. They even donated some of the labor time. Frank is a big supporter of our local veterans, and John donated labor as well because his brother did numerous tours in the Middle East and has many health related issues because of his years of service. They thanked us for giving them the honor to work with us because they believe in what our organization is doing. They also helped us out with a sink repair that someone else had previously repaired, and it was leaking again. I couldn't be happier with their work.
