“I scheduled a yearly cleaning and maintanence. 2 days later I needed my HVAC system charged.they came back and looked at it but said it was frozen and they would come back to look at it another day. The next day they came back and said they no longer service a syste with that type of freon. If they would service it, it would cost around $1,000.00. So they offered to set me up with their salesman to get a new system.
I called another company and they came, service my system and did not charge even 1/3 of the 1,000.00. They system works great. Not sure UGI wanted to hear this, but they probably lost a 20 year customer.“

“We recently had an issue with our toilets at our Veteran's Transitional Home. I met Frank a little while back and decided to give him a call to come take a look. Frank made time to come by as soon as he possibly could and give us a diagnosis. We had repaired the one toilet a few years ago, so we were already aware of some of the issues. Frank's team was fast and efficient. They broke everything down for us in layman's terms. They were more than fair in the pricing. They made time in their busy schedule to come fix the problems in a timely manner because they know how important the house is to those that we are providing shelter for. Frank and John went above and beyond to repair the damage and replace what needed to be updated. They even donated some of the labor time. Frank is a big supporter of our local veterans, and John donated labor as well because his brother did numerous tours in the Middle East and has many health related issues because of his years of service. They thanked us for giving them the honor to work with us because they believe in what our organization is doing. They also helped us out with a sink repair that someone else had previously repaired, and it was leaking again. I couldn't be happier with their work. They were efficient and fair and made sure we were completely aware of everything they were doing regularly. I highly recommend that if you have any plumbing issues or concerns that you call Frank Toth first. I'm certain that he will take care of all your plumbing needs.“

bad gasket and a bad flush valve and he replaced the

“My heat randomly stopped working after calling UGI and getting no help I did a google search and they are the only people that answered the phone for an emergency call. They sent a tech Rob out after midnight. He explained everything to me and was able to give me a quote at 1am and was very apologetic that he could not fix it for me right then and there and ensured that the part would be ordered and available in the morning. He gave me in invoice and at 9:00am I got a call from the office asking how was the service call and if I wanted to proceed with the service.
