“I contacted four different plumbers to fix a frozen outdoor faucet, and I’m so glad I chose JTS while still searching for someone who could handle it quickly. I even stopped by their office in person, and the great experience started right at the door.

The receptionist was incredibly welcoming, and I had the chance to speak directly with the owner, who showed genuine concern and a strong commitment to resolving my issue.

They came out the very next day and got straight to work. From the moment they arrived, I felt I could trust them, their professionalism really stood out in how they communicated and carried themselves.

They immediately put on protective booties, which I appreciated since my basement is finished with very light carpet.

Their work was excellent. The soldering was clean and precise, with no burning or damage at all (in the wood studs and electrical components near that pipe), and they took the time to listen to my concerns and requests.

When they finished, there wasn’t a single trace of mess, it honestly looked like no one had been there.
