We suddenly found ourselves with a flooded carpet and no clue where the leak was coming from. Jim Strauss came out on a Saturday afternoon and spent a lot of time trying to diagnose where the water was coming from, which wasn’t exactly easy as the pipes in our type of house don’t run normal. He had to cut into our ceiling and made certain to make the nicest cuts possible for us to be able to make simple, easy repairs on our own to save us a lot of money. He spent a lot of time trying to figure out what turned out to be one heck of a puzzle. And for how much work and effort he put into everything, he charged us such a reasonable price! I called Jim because my water heater was leaking. He spent over an hour on the phone with me and walked me thru some troubleshooting until we identified the leak. He told me what to get at Home Depot to fix it. I came back and he spent more time with me and told me in detail what to do. His knowledge is unmatched and he’s been in the business 40 years.
