“I contacted four different plumbers to fix a frozen outdoor faucet, and I’m so glad I chose JTS while still searching for someone who could handle it quickly. I even stopped by their office in person, and the great experience started right at the door.

“Josh & Josh were friendly & did a very good job emergency installing new electric bulkhead and service wire to meter after storm on July 3rd knocked down tree onto our powerlines which then ripped service off the house. On Sunday 7/5/26 we were still waiting for PPL to run new power lines meanwhile on Sunday morning I reached out to Josh and they said they could do the job in the afternoon when they finished an emergency job an hour away. Its all ready for PPL now. Thank you immensely.

“I scheduled a yearly cleaning and maintanence. 2 days later I needed my HVAC system charged.they came back and looked at it but said it was frozen and they would come back to look at it another day. The next day they came back and said they no longer service a syste with that type of freon. If they would service it, it would cost around $1,000.00. So they offered to set me up with their salesman to get a new system.
I called another company and they came, service my system and did not charge even 1/3 of the 1,000.00. They system works great. Not sure UGI wanted to hear this, but they probably lost a 20 year customer.“

“I have an older home (55 yrs). Split level. All electric. Was considering a standard HVAC with ducts or mini splits. I've travelled a lot in the past outside the U.S. for work. Mini Splits are everywhere because of their efficiency. After running some numbers, I decided mini splits were the best for my home.Would recommend Elite Comfort and Constantin to all my friends and family. Pretty awesome experience with him from start to finish. It's a no brainer to work with him if mini splits system is what you're looking for.In June/July 2023 we did one side of the house (kitchen, living room, dining room and downstairs rec room for kids ( two units inside).
