Always a great experience with Faust. They are punctual, professional, informative, and offer great services at a great price. They have installed and serviced our HVAC units for several years. Had Eric as our technician most recently 3 unit servicing and he arrived on time, was incredibly polite and professional, and did great work.

Shane, my technician, responded in a timely, manner. was very courteous and maintained a clean work area while quickly diagnosing my system’s issue. Faust was awesome to work with as they moved my scheduled appointment later in the day do an emerging work meeting that got scheduled.
