After a number of quotes were received, it was an easy decision to sign a contract with Faust HVAC. We had a number of choices, a follow-up discussion with Mike Faust, so we went with a Trane system which was highly rated in my research from a number of sources.
We had three very capable and courteous technicians on the first day, which their priority was to get our AC up and running. The second day had Max and Joey back to get our gas furnace completed. After experiencing a HVAC company that were unprofessional, inexperienced AND ridiculously overpriced our neighbors gave us the meisners phone number. From the first phone call from Kathy to the scheduled appt with the tech, Nery Ortega the next day, their service was outstanding. Since a part had to be ordered, Kathy wanted to schedule our next service a couple of days away.
But when my husband told her he was having surgery on that day, Kathy rearranged the schedule to accommodate him!
The technician, Nery Ortega, was knowledgeable as well as professional and replaced our defective part quickly.
We will recommend this company to everyone!
Called about my issue and were there the same day to fix it. Rick was very pleasant and professional. I was very satisfied with the outcome. I definitely would use them again. I highly recommend them.
