When it was time to get a new unit, we had Mark come over and give us all of the options. He presented the information and explained the differences between the units. He never pressured us to buy or to select a particular unit. We asked many questions and he was up front about all of the pros and cons to each.When they came to do the installation, they were respectful of our home and of us.
