Nicholas came out on a Sunday, we had no hot water. Serviced our furnace, and found other problems that past plumbers did incorrectly. We have a system 2000, and it's hard finding someone who knows what they're doing. We will definitely keep him for all future projects. Plus very curtious and friendly.
My heat broke during one of the coldest nights of the season, called these guys and came out next morning right away. They took care of it and even went a head and inspected my whole system make sure there would be no future problems. Highly recommend!
After calling our own plumbing company and 5 others to come to fix my furnace for an emergency, Universal Plumbing, Heating, and Mechanical was the only one that came to fix it. They were knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and honest. They told me the problem with my furnace and what it needed to be done.The most important thing, they came promptly to fix my furnace that broke in one of the coldest night.I highly recommend them!I still use them for other plumbing works.
