I want to give a huge shoutout to Kelly, Service Manager, who personally came out to fix a problem with my 1 year old furnace. She was so thorough, cleaned the furnace & the big mess around the area that occurred when soot exploded out, took her time & checked & rechecked everything to be sure we would have no more problems. She definitely values her customers & takes pride in her work; something that is very hard to find these days. Thank you Kelly!!!
We had a concern about a noise our furnace made and Kelly spent a lot of time inspecting and analyzing the system. Excellent job.
