“After a number of quotes were received, it was an easy decision to sign a contract with Faust HVAC. We had a number of choices, a follow-up discussion with Mike Faust, so we went with a Trane system which was highly rated in my research from a number of sources.<br><br>We had three very capable and courteous technicians on the first day, which their priority was to get our AC up and running. The second day had Max and Joey back to get our gas furnace completed. They quickly had the furnace work done, yet they did not rush the very important tasks of making sure everything was working perfectly. They even fixed the very annoying ‘buzzing’ noise that was coming from our wall where the thermostat is located. Simple fix, the air return register was loose and then everything was perfect.<br><br>Don’t always like to admit it, but we are now considered ‘seniors’ and it is an absolute fact that there are unscrupulous contractors in our area who attempt to take advantage of us. Case in point, it happened in this process. Glad I had Faust HVAC in our bidding process.<br><br>Our Trane gas furnace and AC unit was ‘right sized’, it was installed ‘right,’ and by the ‘right people.’<br><br>We highly recommend, without reservation, Faust HVAC to quote and contract with for your heating and cooling needs.<br><br>Rick and Pam Morrissey”

We were impressed by the way our outside unit was chemically cleaned. The pictures which were taken of the servicing and the check list we got gave us confidence that we had gotten a great job. We will continue on the semi annual contract plan.”

And I'm glad I made the choice to go with Comfort Generation. Chuck and his team were amazing from the beginning to the end.<br><br>Toby and Nate were deployed and came out promptly at 8:00 a.m. They started to work immediately and they worked all the way through, finishing up at around 3:00 p.m. Nothing but professionalism, top-notch work, from covering all the floors to removing all the old gear, custom building the ductwork, making sure that my condensate pump was working and powered properly, explaining to me how to maintain the system and all the work that they did, even walking me through future maintenance and explaining to me possible options to get on a maintenance schedule with their team. I couldn't be happier about the way this job has gone and the way that these professional technicians did incredible work as well as how I was treated. I can't say enough about this group. They are incredible. You need to look no further. Your HVAC crew is here And they are homegrown here in the Lehigh Valley. Not one of these big national brands that isn't going to care about you.
