“After a number of quotes were received, it was an easy decision to sign a contract with Faust HVAC. We had a number of choices, a follow-up discussion with Mike Faust, so we went with a Trane system which was highly rated in my research from a number of sources.
We had three very capable and courteous technicians on the first day, which their priority was to get our AC up and running. The second day had Max and Joey back to get our gas furnace completed. They quickly had the furnace work done, yet they did not rush the very important tasks of making sure everything was working perfectly. They even fixed the very annoying ‘buzzing’ noise that was coming from our wall where the thermostat is located. Simple fix, the air return register was loose and then everything was perfect.
Don’t always like to admit it, but we are now considered ‘seniors’ and it is an absolute fact that there are unscrupulous contractors in our area who attempt to take advantage of us. Case in point, it happened in this process. Glad I had Faust HVAC in our bidding process.
