My husband had constant work calls right next to where they were dismantling/installing the furnace and they tried their best to be quiet, which wasn't necessary, but it did not go unnoticed and unappreciated. They were both sweet to my big loud dog who does not know a thing about personal space or how to use an inside voice. Some things are different from our old system, so we were provided a thorough explanation of changes and what to do if certain things go off.
