These guys were incredible. Paula in the front office has the best customer service I've ever experienced with an HVAC company. Our tech Jay was so knowledgeable and took care of the repair we needed on our AC unit quickly, on the hottest day in years, and for way less than I expected. Great family with a great business. So happy we have a new HVAC company and don't need to keep looking around.
Our entire experience with Priority Comfort was phenomenal. Jay came out and assessed our system and I felt very comfortable with his suggestion for a new AC/Heat Pump. The pricing was terrific. Paula kept me up to date through the process, was very accessible and got back to me with any message I sent very quickly. Andrew and Nick did a perfect job installing the new AC/Heat Pump and walking us through instructions for the new equipment. Furthermore, they left our house spotless and we really appreciated that.
