Our entire experience with Priority Comfort was phenomenal. Jay came out and assessed our system and I felt very comfortable with his suggestion for a new AC/Heat Pump. The pricing was terrific. Paula kept me up to date through the process, was very accessible and got back to me with any message I sent very quickly. From the initial estimate to set up to install, the team was accessible, patient and willing to answer our questions. The install team did a great job, listened to our input, and took the time after a long day to explain the new system. At the end of the day, everything was cleaned up and put away.
