Excellent experience. Heather returned my call immediately. She was very personable, courteous, and attentive. The tech (Kyle) was able to solve my problem and accomplish the work that day and on-the-spot. He wore shoe covers in the house which is such a professional thing. He only did what was needed and did not try to up sell me. The icing on the cake was the price was super reasonable. Thanks so much Kyle!
Kyle did a fantastic job. He is an excellent mentor for his apprentice. Rocky, who is like a sponge ... ready and eager to learn. Kyle's job was not an easy one, since he had to correct mistakes of the prior installer of our faucets and originalsump pump, but did so with patience, thoughtfulness and skill. I initially only needed a new diverter for tub in upstairs bathroom which Floyd was able to fix with no issue. Floyd also did a water test for me and determined my water was really hard and suggested a water softer which I ultimately went with and noticed a huge difference in the water quality. All in all, Floyd was very thorough and knowledgeable throughout the whole process.
