What a positive experience. Vince came out to inspect the problem.Quoted a very reasonable price and scheduled the job. The follow up was great, as within an hour he completed the job, fixed the problem and removed all debris.The best part came after as the overall heat and warmth throughout our house improved dramatically! A friend recommended DiFilippo, so I contacted them when the maintenance contract on my heat pump expired. I was very pleased with ease of scheduling, the office communications, the work the tech did, and his explanations to me. Based on this encounter, I'd highly recommend DiFilippo!
Been with them for many years. Best service, friendly and honest! Years ago I had trouble with my AC. Called Horizon. Big mistake! They said I nedd a completely new system, tried to make me sign a contract on the spot etc. The guy was so obnoxious I had to throw him out. Then I googled and found DiFillippp. I did not tell them whst happened. They looked at my hvak, fixed a minor issue and told me all is well. I stuck with them and never had a bad experience with them. Highly recommend!
