Marshall Services came for a leaking shower drain today and John D. was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. He was very transparent and talked us through the “option a” smart solution that would be far less costly than the “option b”. It was evident that he was not here to take advantage and overcharge - and instead, carefully explained the plumbing situation and gave us a great deal. We didn’t know much about this company but called them because they came for a free estimate visit (unlike some other companies who said they’d charge for an initial visit) and they exceeded our expectations. I wanted to give a thank you to the Marshall team for their work at my home this past week.I was the owner of a truly ancient boiler and oil tank that had finally given up the ghost and needed to be replaced quickly which Marshall did and did so with a top notch team.Monday a technician was out to check my boiler.Monday night someone else was out to help me select the best fit for a replacement for both my boiler and oil tank.Tuesday the installers came out and replaced the boiler and then returned Wednesday to replace the oil tank.For the record, I can not adequately describe the absolute herculean effort these guys gave in getting an 800 pound dead boiler and huge oil...read full review
Marshall Services is my go to for water heater and furnace maintenance. David came to service my furnace today and it could not have been a better experience. He was thorough, informative, and extremely professional. 10/10.
