Tech was friendly, knowledgeable explained everything so that I could understand. Went over what needs to be done next. And we made a plan.I'm a customer for as long as I own my home
First time using New Life and Josiah was our HVAC technician, and this definitely won't be the last time. My stove had a gas leak, and i called New Life at midnight and scheduled an appointment. Josiah came out the next day. PHENOMENAL SERVICE. Josiah arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment time, and I didnt have to wait around. Josiah was very personable and friendly. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing and why. He answered all my questions. He fixed the problem on the first visit. I can't say enough of how happy I am. Josiah at New Life Heating and AC Repair was so awesome. He was kind, professional and thorough in his diagnosis of the issue. He was very efficient and explained everything to me as he worked. This is a company that does it right with the correct mindset of treating their team and their customers with integrity. I 100% Recommend!
