“Our 5-year old A/C system decided less than a week ago that it was time to give out. After having Christian from Signature out to assess the issue, we were given a number of different options for repair and/or replacement, but were encouraged to check into our HVAC system warranty coverage by Christian. I appreciated his complete transparency and his willingness to do what was right by us as the customer. After digging, we found out we were just out of our warranty period, on Saturday mid-morning. I texted Christian who immediately reached out to Signature and Bill, one of the Comfort Care specialists was out to our home the same day to give us an evaluation on full replacement of our HVAC system, knowing the repair would be close in price based on the issue. Bill was thorough and gave us more than one option for replacement, even getting on a call with Christian to discuss the options he presented to us, so we could fit it into a budget we weren't expecting to need. We moved forward with the purchase of a new HVAC system, confident in the amazing warranty on parts and labor offered by Signature, and Bill managed to get us scheduled for install only three days later. Our installers, Ron and Jose, arrived as promised at 8am and got straight to work on dismantling our old system and installing our new system. They worked efficiently and effectively with minimal disruption to our family and my work. They did so on a day in a heat wave where temperatures were excessively high (at a real feel of 104 degrees) without breaks or complaints, and had our new system fully installed and up and running by mid-afternoon. They performed the work with the utmost courtesy for our home and kindness towards my family.

Signature has been our families choice for HVAC and plumbing for close to 10 years now, and it's very easy with specialists like Christian, Bill, Ron and Jose to see why they remain so. Their focus is on bringing the best value to their customers, they don't hard sell and they are always respectful. While investigating the system, we discovered that the entire shower pan in the Master bathroom was shot. Mike and his team got right to work and managed to tear down the old bathroom and to install all new piping as well as the new shower pan. This was followed up with a brand new tile floor with new fixtures. Results are spectacular and the timing was quick and neat.
