We recently had our a/c and furnace replaced by Matthew Borden Heating & Cooling. Throughout the entire process, communication was clear, the workers were polite, and the job was completed in the amount of time predicted. From the time we assessed the need for a new system to the time it was installed, only a few days passed. We were relieved Borden was able to install the system before a big heat wave descended on the area. The price quoted was better than that of bigger, more well-known company, meaning we got the best of both worlds: a mom and pop company that is responsive to its customers, at a competitive price.
Borden Heating and Cooling is a fantastic company. They installed my central air a few years ago and handled challenges of an older electrical system without cutting corners. The installation was obviously done by professionals who know their job.
Since then the yearly maintenance has been just as solid. The technicians show up on time and are friendly, quick and efficient.

I’ve been using Matt Borden for over 20 years. In that time, they replaced my AC unit twice, once because it failed due to age and another time because a tree branch fell on it. Both times, installation was seamless. On all regular service intervals, they have been professional, punctual, reasonably priced, and an absolute dream to work with! Could not recommend Matt Borden Heating and Cooling more highly.
