I’ve been using Matt Borden for over 20 years. In that time, they replaced my AC unit twice, once because it failed due to age and another time because a tree branch fell on it. Both times, installation was seamless. On all regular service intervals, they have been professional, punctual, reasonably priced, and an absolute dream to work with! Could not recommend Matt Borden Heating and Cooling more highly.
10/10 couldn’t recommend enough. 4 mini split units with 2 condensers - Matt’s team was fantastic. Super professional, worked around us having a 7 month old baby inside, extremely clean, relocated a bush, flawless install.
Without a doubt, the BEST local HVAC company. Have had several emergencies over the past year that were diagnosed quickly and then handled professionally by personable and friendly technicians who get to know and remember your home's specific issues. Even the twice a year checkups are superbly scheduled and completed. Best yet, the phone is answered by a person (Gwen) who is so pleasant and helpful.
