What a great operation. Showed up on time, did everything discussed plus some extras and the price was as quoted. When they were done you would never know they did work in our home, that’s how clean they left the work space. They will be my number one option for plumbing needs. Can not speak highly enough of them. Outstanding!!
These guys are *fantastic*. Called due to a leak in the pipes under my sink. Was unaware of the leak and it was a bit of a mess. Hastings responded promptly, came the same day, walked me through what was wrong, what needed to be done, and explained the price, which was incredibly reasonable. I called at 11am, and was relieved of my stress by 4:45. These guys are amazing. Can't recommend them enough.
I wish I could give 10 stars! Jim Sr and Jim Jr were phenomenal! It’s not the first time we called them for service and each time they called me back in a very timely manner.
Today they came to install 2 new vanities and ran a new water line n the basement. Their professionalism is beyond reproach and their ability to explain what they were doing and why was so appreciated.
