I RECOMMEND BEN FRANKLIN PLUMBING OVER ANY OTHER PLUMBING. MY PLUMBING TECH FORREST GRANT WAS OUTSTANDING, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL, HE DID THE JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, AND WENT OVER EVERYTHING WE WAS GOING TO DO AND SHOW ME MY REASONABLE PRICE BEFORE HE DID THE WORK FORREST GRANT PROVIDED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB FROM START TO FINISH. Nicholas did a great job. He was prompt and courteous. He explained what was causing the problem and the steps he would need to perform to fix it. He was thorough in assessing where the issue had begun. My stressful plumping issue was resolved/repaired in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Nicholas and the company and/or hire them in the future.
We are very pleased with the work Nicolas performed on our son's plumbing. He was polite, knowledgeable and professional. He kept up abreast of every detail as it pertained to the job. He was the consummate expert and it is greatly appreciated. It was a pleasant experience.
