No hot water yesterday morning ?. Hot water heater pouring water on the basement floor ?. Called Henderson and within an hour they were out here and by 2:30 I had a new water heater, the old one was gone. Yes, it cost more than I expected and that hurt, but it’s top of the line, the last one lasted 16 years, and it’s done! From the receptionist to the dispatcher to my installer - all very pleasant and very professional. Good experience despite the $$$.

Josh did a fantastic job explaining a new heating system to us and how much more efficient it will be. He answered all of our questions and offered great insight into how our new unit will benefit us. Josh also explained Henderson’s excellent customer service plans which sold us on the deal.
