We were extremely satisfied with the work done at our home by CW HVAC. I called to get an estimate for a cleaning after our oil heater backfired and triggered the emergency shut off. The person who took my call was very honest and informative- he explained in great detail the possibility of different causes and how the price could vary drastically. The tech showed up exactly when expected and stayed about 5 hours until the job was finished while kindly explaining the process of what needed to be done.
