First, I used Christian in 2004 to replace an aging system. Back then, they were very honest. Second, I will say that I had Scott come out twice and he was very helpful, knowledgeable and explained in layman's terms. I am a senior citizen who has to work part-time to make ends meet. Scott said that the system needs to be updated. It will go out in the near future. Instead of being reactive, I decided to be proactive. Mike came out and gave me information for a new system. Dan was very professional and helpful. Not only did he fix the problem he went beyond to explain what I may do to improve my system in the future. These improvements could extend the life of my system and potentially save me some money. He also took time to explain my new thermostat that was installed last year.

Jonah did a great job. I called Christian after being stood up by another company. Jonah was on time , very professional, wore a mask and booties and got my air back on quickly and efficiently. I will highly recommend Christian Air.
