“First, I used Christian in 2004 to replace an aging system. Back then, they were very honest. Second, I will say that I had Scott come out twice and he was very helpful, knowledgeable and explained in layman's terms. I am a senior citizen who has to work part-time to make ends meet. Scott said that the system needs to be updated. It will go out in the near future. Instead of being reactive, I decided to be proactive. Mike came out and gave me information for a new system. It was over my budget but who wants to be cold in the winter and hot in summer. He listed what I needed including floorboards added to the attic floor. The crew came to install and I asked about the floorboards and the UV air cleaner. The crew said no to the floorboards and the UV cleaner had to be delivered. Always ask about what you have paid for from Christian. The team did add the floor boards after I kept questioning the reasons to the management team. They did a good job and cleaned the area after they completed the job.“
