We were using another local HVAC company for years and noticed a severe decrease in customer service and response. We asked our neighbor who they used and they recommended Donnelly. I called to get my system inspected and under a service contract.From the first time the friendly and helpful woman answered the phone, to the tech who came to service our system I was blown away from the timeliness, professionalism and quality of service. I wish I made the switch years ago. Donnelly was very helpful through each step of my new boiler installation. Tom Donnelly was always willing to take time to explain things to me. He never rushed me into a decision or pushed to make a sale, but he took time to understand my needs. His team did a great job with the installation, and we have experienced no follow up issues in the 3 weeks since installation.Service: Heating system installation
