Steve was extremely professional. He worked quickly, and the job was executed excellently. I'll certainly reach out again whenever I have another issue to be resolved. Also, when I asked if I could play music, he responded with "a must." He's a cool guy!
I have been utilizing Done Right Today services for several years and they are absolutely amazing ?? I recommend them to plenty of family members and friends. They are professional, polite and they clean up after them.
Our technician Marty was extremely courteous and friendly, as he replaced a faucet in our kitchen. He ran into a slight issue, in which the bolt on the old faucet was extremely tight and a little difficult to remove initially, but Marty knew exactly what to do and resolved the issue. Once the work was completed, Marty cleaned everything, placed all of our items back under the sink, leaving us with no cleanup duty at all!!! He also provided us with his contact card in the instance we were to run into any more issues, we could call and request him.I recommend Done Right Today for any plumbing issues.
