Edit: Install complete (ahead of schedule) we were going to wait until fall but nobody asked the 25 year old system … ICS jumped through a hoop and was Johnny on the spot.
Two entire days of impeccable attention to detail Ashley in the office. Ben and Chris primary team Louie and TJ assisting. Amazing professionalism and trade craft. These guys did stuff that if they had not I never would have known constantly stretching above and beyond just because that is how they work.
They are simply the best trades experience I have ever experienced or even have heard of - 5 out of 5 or 10 out of 10.

Patrick let me know my water heater needed to be replaced asap, Patrick didn’t try to sell me a water heater, He gave me recommendations. They are not pushy salesmen. “We use Apgar for our central air and boiler systems and for oil delivery. They are fast, affordable and every service person that has been out has been professional, polite and thorough. Boiler was installed in 1996 and central air unit was installed in 2019. Both by Apgar. The yearly maintenance plan is well worth the cost.“

“My heat randomly stopped working after calling UGI and getting no help I did a google search and they are the only people that answered the phone for an emergency call. They sent a tech Rob out after midnight. He explained everything to me and was able to give me a quote at 1am and was very apologetic that he could not fix it for me right then and there and ensured that the part would be ordered and available in the morning. He gave me in invoice and at 9:00am I got a call from the office asking how was the service call and if I wanted to proceed with the service. “We recently had an issue with our toilets at our Veteran's Transitional Home. I met Frank a little while back and decided to give him a call to come take a look. Frank made time to come by as soon as he possibly could and give us a diagnosis. We had repaired the one toilet a few years ago, so we were already aware of some of the issues. Frank's team was fast and efficient. They broke everything down for us in layman's terms. They were more than fair in the pricing. They made time in their busy schedule to come fix the problems in a timely manner because they know how important the house is to those that we are providing shelter for. Frank and John went above and beyond to repair the damage and replace what needed to be updated. They even donated some of the labor time. Frank is a big supporter of our local veterans, and John donated labor as well because his brother did numerous tours in the Middle East and has many health related issues because of his years of service. They also helped us out with a sink repair that someone else had previously repaired, and it was leaking again. I couldn't be happier with their work.
