We're really glad that we were connected to the team at Sol Heating and Cooling. When we purchased our home, we called the number on our HVAC system and the technician from another company immediately told us that we were leaking carbon monoxide and needed a new system. I called Dave for a second opinion, and he spent over an hour explaining how my system works, that the other company had flat out lied to me, that there was no carbon monoxide leak, and further explained what the real issues with our system were.It's very important to have contractors that you trust, and we have that with Sol. I recently moved into the area and had no intention of hiring an HVAC company so fast since the heat was working fine. But someone suggested that since I have no idea how to maintain any of the house equipment, I should think about it. So, I asked for recommendations and Sol Heating & Cooling was brought up by a few people. I called 2 companies just to get a quote. Sol called me back within a few hours. I spoke with Dave on the phone. Just speaking with him, I knew I wanted to work with him, and I didn't wait for the other company to call me back. Dave from Sol gave us a great proposal for our new heat pump system, and he and his crew did a superb job with the installation, keeping us informed along every step of the way. At all times they were courteous and considerate of our time, space, and all special considerations due to COVID.
