Comfort Generation
“Could not be happier with the team at Comfort Generation! I recently had my furnace and A/C replaced with new, energy-efficient units, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish.
My sales representative, Mike, took the time to understand my needs and made sure the system package was the right choice for my home. The office staff was responsive and quick to schedule the installation.
My installation team, Toby and Ryan, did an awesome job. They showed a high level of attention to detail and took real pride in their work. They arrived on time and took extra care when moving equipment in and out of my home to avoid causing any damage.
The installation required modifications to the existing ductwork and fabrication of new connection points for the new system. Everything was done professionally and neatly. Once the work was complete, Toby took the time to walk me through the new system and digital thermostat to make sure I understood how everything worked.
Comfort Generation also offered very competitive pricing, along with financing options if needed. When you combine that with the warranty coverage on both the equipment and workmanship, they were clearly the best value compared to the other HVAC companies I received quotes from.
From the sales process to the installation, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Highly recommended!”
Harned Durham Energy
“My first time using them and my experience was very good. Was just a cleaning of my oil burner but the man who showed up was very professional. I wish I could remember his name. Very nice person.”
