“My mini split AC was giving an error and wouldn't run. Justin came out, looked at it, determined what it needed eventhough it was older and not made anymore, he got and installed the parts and it fired right up. Now he's in search of a new fan motor since the bearing is going bad in mine, yes it's screaming. The day after he was here for the AC parts install, in the coldest week of the winter, my boiler started leaking all over the place and you couldn't light the pilot light because that was full of water too. I called Justin and he called back immediately, took the info he needed, told us what to do in the interim. He came out the next day, verified everything and the new boiler was sitting in my driveway later that day. He had it fully installed and heating the house within 2 days of my contacting him. It's been running like a champ since, and the house heats up faster and is more comfortable than it ever was. He's still in search of the AC fan, it's harder to get since they don't make it anymore but since it's 21 degrees outside, that's not urgent. I recommend him he's a true professional.“

When I called on a Saturday, the on-call technician called back within ten minutes and was at my house within the hour. Water was in my spare bedroom from window cleaners using my outside spicket He almost immediately shut off the water, rug pulled up and wall open to start drying. Remediation was started right away!He replaced the cracked pipe, painted the wall and put carpet back to the way it was originally.He was very pleasant and efficient as he worked. “Matt showed up on time . Explained all my options very clearly as far as product and payment options. Very good experience. Ok updated , everything that follows.So I ended up going with Curtis . A total removal and replacement of my furnace, hot water heater and added a water softener. The water heater is gone as it's now in the furnace on demand. GREAT JOB GUYS ! I don't remember everyone's names sorry. A crew of 4 showed up 5 mins early at 7:25 am and had the job done by 3:30 pm same day. A 5th guy also came for the electric part. So they'll be replacing my electric box also. Thanks to all 5 of you. Again sorry about the names so I didn't mention any specific. The work I got and the work I'll be having done is necessary for sure.“

The guys that came were very friendly and polite. They cleaned everything up and left me with 3 new mini splits to make my home toasty warm.I will also be shifting my propane over to them.There Electrician check out other things like installation of ceiling fans and a problem switch.I highly recommend EF LAUDENSLAGER for all your HVAC, propane and electronic needs. My husband and I were amazed at how together this company was. From the excellent communication with Kristine and Jarrett in the office explaining their services and pricing, to hearing our concerns for our furnace, to Nick coming out to fix our issue with parts at the ready, not needing another trip out, everything was above and beyond our expectations. Pricing was extremely fair, the job was done right the first time for the problem to be resolved and the level of professionalism was top notch. Soooo fortunate that we found this company to help us maintain our heating system. When we purchased our home, we called the number on our HVAC system and the technician from another company immediately told us that we were leaking carbon monoxide and needed a new system.
