“My heat pump had a bad reversing valve and the system was out of date using refrigeration that wasn't up to code and I couldn't find anybody to repair it so it was time to get it replaced. And I'm glad I made the choice to go with Comfort Generation. Chuck and his team were amazing from the beginning to the end.<br><br>Toby and Nate were deployed and came out promptly at 8:00 a.m. They started to work immediately and they worked all the way through, finishing up at around 3:00 p.m. Nothing but professionalism, top-notch work, from covering all the floors to removing all the old gear, custom building the ductwork, making sure that my condensate pump was working and powered properly, explaining to me how to maintain the system and all the work that they did, even walking me through future maintenance and explaining to me possible options to get on a maintenance schedule with their team. I couldn't be happier about the way this job has gone and the way that these professional technicians did incredible work as well as how I was treated. I can't say enough about this group. They are incredible. You need to look no further. Your HVAC crew is here And they are homegrown here in the Lehigh Valley. Not one of these big national brands that isn't going to care about you.
