Matt was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He even stayed late to make sure everything was running really well. Matt took time to educate me on the system that my house runs on. I would definitely call on him/Burkee again.
Our HVAC system went down at 5 in the morning during the Winter, and within 30 minutes of calling Burkee they had sent out engineers. The lady that answered the phone was polite and efficient. George diagnosed the issue with a few seconds, showed me what had happened, and explained the next steps clearly and professionally. He did everything he could to get the parts needed to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Solid 10/10 service. My wife and I will be happy to call upon Burkee's services again in the future.
