Yesterday, I had Chris come out to inspect a leaky pipe in my bathroom wall. He not only instantly diagnosed the problem, but must've used some kind of magic to figure out the exact spot in the wall to cut to find the leak! It was amazing. He patched the pinhole effortlessly and proactively scheduled a water "shut off" with my condo building association. I am so happy with Spadaro and Chris! They are punctual, responsive and excellent at what they do!

This review is long overdue! I have been a customer of Spadaro over the last 20+ years in 3 different condo locations in Washington, DC. I moved away for 6 years, moved back, and they continue to provide quality service for my plumbing needs. When I have a plumbing issue, I don't search anywhere else. Their professional crew and customer support is always top notch, and they try to be as accommodating as possible when scheduling. I'm now on to issue #2 with a toilet in a condo unit I purchased in 2021 (that isn't more than 6 years old!), so my frustration is mounting but they make it easy to negotiate things I can't handle.
