The service techs came out and quickly diagnosed the root of a leak in the basement. A plumber was called in to help with replacement of a main temp and pressure relief valve. Quick and reliable service. Great communication
We had a new HVAC system installed on June 2nd by Josh and Tobias. They did a fabulous job and we are very pleased with the model we selected as well as the excellent service from the technicians. They were dedicated, courteous and pleasant. They left the area in perfect condition. I would highly recommend UGI .

I scheduled a yearly cleaning and maintanence. 2 days later I needed my HVAC system charged.they came back and looked at it but said it was frozen and they would come back to look at it another day. The next day they came back and said they no longer service a syste with that type of freon. If they would service it, it would cost around $1,000.00. So they offered to set me up with their salesman to get a new system.
I called another company and they came, service my system and did not charge even 1/3 of the 1,000.00. They system works great. Not sure UGI wanted to hear this, but they probably lost a 20 year customer.
