We have a service contract through UGI, which includes a free check of our heating and cooling systems each year. We have found it to be well worth the yearly subscription fee! Our air conditioning was recently checked and apparently there was some sort of clogged line that was causing too much water to pool in the drip tray. The technician who came to service it had to call for a second technician to give him a hand to fix the problem. When the technician saw I didn't quite understand the technical details he simplified his explanation for me. We expected there would be a bill since it was more time and effort than our usual check.
