I scheduled a yearly cleaning and maintanence. 2 days later I needed my HVAC system charged.they came back and looked at it but said it was frozen and they would come back to look at it another day. The next day they came back and said they no longer service a syste with that type of freon. If they would service it, it would cost around $1,000.00. So they offered to set me up with their salesman to get a new system.
I called another company and they came, service my system and did not charge even 1/3 of the 1,000.00. They system works great. Not sure UGI wanted to hear this, but they probably lost a 20 year customer.

I found puddles of water around furnace. UGI Technician discovered furnace had tripped and water drainage line emptied onto pump. He also discovered some wires inside furnace had to be changed to ensure that would not happen again. He also showed me how to reset the trip switch. Technician very good at his job and very helpful. This was covered under my contract so I paid nothing.
