They helped when there was no heat in the winter and got the AC up and running in extreme heat, showing compassion to the elderly. Customers are pleased with every aspect of the business, from the first contact with the salesman to the technical follow-up visit and final installation. On the hottest day, they diagnosed a broken AC very quickly and repaired it same day, with pleasant and helpful staff and informative techs at reasonable prices. A maintenance check performed during extreme weather checked out fine, with a knowledgeable, friendly, and professional technician. Overall, the experience is top notch, and they are recommended for all needs. Their Membership Plan helps save money and prevent breakdowns.
