    I connected with Rich Bruno almost 2 years ago. I am in my late 50's and I needed a coach to help me get back in shape after 15 years of inconsistent training. Rich assessed my range of motion, strenth, and balance. Throughout this process he continues to design workout programs that have changed my life. I am in the best physical shape I have ever been in. All the aches and pains in my shoulders, neck, lower back are gone!!! Litterally gone!!! Rich built my body up one week at a time. When I started I could do maybe 3 pull ups. Now I'm doing 40!     Rich, the owner, is an attentive and knowledgeable trainer. He is highly adaptable and imaginative. I would not have been able to get back to my pre-covid fitness level as quickly as I did without him.

    Spectrum Strength Training is the best place I have ever encountered. The three trainers Will, Bobby, and Rich know how to put a killer workout together! They will work with you to help you become the person you want to be! You will never be bored when you walk into their establishment. They not only encourage you and cheer you on, but they also make sure you are doing each exercise the correct way so you do not get hurt at all. Choose between 1-on-1, small group or team training sessions with Master's degree coaches, who have experience working with kids, adults and athletes ranging from youth to professional.
