Adam and team are great! They are friendly and welcoming and I’ve learned a ton both about nutrition as well as work out regimens.I always dreaded going into a gym setting because I felt insecure around others that knew their way around the gym and all of the equipment. If you’re looking for a judgement free zone that’s really tailored to you and your goals where you’re challenged, encouraged, and cheered on as you reach your goals, this is the place to be!

I have been working with Adam and Brooke since the beginning of August 2017, and I have loved every minute of it. Not only have I lost over 115 pounds in that time, yes, you read correctly, 115 pounds, I have also learned to look at food as fuel and not as a treat, a social necessity, or anything else that provides an excuse to overeat. That happened in just the first year. Since then, I have maintained and gained strength and endurance.
