Rob was the right person to fix my water problem. He was honest and really understood what I needed done. He started right away, and did not waste time. I was very happy with his work.Thanks Rob keep being honest it means everything to us in stressful times when we need it.

During the big storm this year we had some pipes under our sink blow and begin leaking. Plumbers were difficult to schedule and Crown was the earliest appointment. I was originally assigned Steven who was very clear about expectations and timing. We ended up having go reschedule for the day after my appointment. They sent Dwayne out for me the following day. Dwayne was great, he was quick, clean and did a great job. We had some other issues pop up while he was working on my house and he was able to resolve them as well. Easy 5 star review and I'll be calling them next time I need a plumber.

Steven came out today from Crown plumbing & was great from the start. And I appreciated that he informed me of a couple of unfortunate flaws on our new faucet that he was installing, which thankfully doesn’t affect the functionality only the look. But brought it to my attention so that I could reach out to the manufacturer. He also had to come up with a couple of creative solutions for the escutcheon plate covering our large holes in the wall for our replacement laundry room sink & a part that had to use for thr pipe to work with the new shutoff for our 1/2 bathroom toilet.
