I called for service late in the afternoon, a drain tech was dispatched in about 2 hrs. He explained what he was doing, he fixed the problem, left the job site clean. I was able to get discounts I was entitled to. I would call for service in the future.
Marcus showed up within the expected time frame, very professional and organized. He diagnosed the drain issue and provide me with an estimate without any pressure which I appreciate very much. Once we decided to move forward, he work fast and efficiently. Throughout the process, he took the time to answer my questions and showed me the progress and when everything was completed, he throughly tested his work to make sure everything was in working order. He also cleaned up any mess from the job and provided me with great tips to prevent future issues.
