From the first phone call to the final repair, everything went smoothly. Edward and Ruben, the plumbing technicians who helped me, were skilled, friendly, and easy to talk to. Their professionalism showed as soon as they arrived and started checking the system. They listened carefully to my concerns and answered all of my questions in a clear and simple way. He used a careful step-by-step process, doing practical tests...read full review
We had a polybutylene plumbing line start leaking above our kitchen, and water began coming through one of the recessed lights. I called for help, and a plumber was able to arrive within just a few hours. Ruben and Josiah were professional, courteous, and easy to work with. They quickly traced the problem to a hot water pipe and handled the pipe repair fast, with very little opening of the ceiling and wall. I really appreciated their plumbing knowledge, clean work, and professional attitude throughout the visit. They did more than just stop the leak. They also took time to explain a few possible causes, checked the system carefully, and tested their ideas right there...read full review
