“RJ Roofing just completed our roof replacement, and we are very satisfied with the entire project.We solicited several bids, and RJ Roofing emerged as the best fit for us.Ki Jayne completed an impressively thorough assessment, and sat with us to explain the entire shingle history and process. Once we made the decision to accept their bid, Ki was able to get us on the schedule pretty quickly, right before a very rainy week made an appearance. I don’t have the names of the individuals on our work crew, but they were a very hard-working, punctual, and efficient group of guys. They respected our curfew requests for noise containment, and completed a thorough cleanup after each of the four work days.At least one of the management team members was either onsite or available at all times during this job - Ki, Oliver, and Dillon were great with answering questions, coordinating logistical details, and communicating constantly with both their crew and with us, the customers. “We had a great experience with West Coast. We paid about $19,200 (09-2022) for a new roof on a 120 year old house in inner NE Portland. We picked a black Malarkey Windsor Scotchguard (a bit more expensive). Seems like West Coast only does the Malarkey brand? It took them about four full days with like five guys. Install date did get pushed back. I could tell a couple of the guys were juniors and went slower. It was not a white glove service, but still very good. It was a really good price and some extra services were added. Thanks West Coast for the hard work and great service!!”
