“Steve and his amazing crew (Pedro is the best) have installed new roofs on TWO homes for me across the last 5 years. The most recent (this summer) was a beast of a job on a 1905 cottage that had no plywood underlayer and no access for his equipment.

Both jobs were completed on budget (less than any other bid), within DAYS, and with impeccable professionalism. The owner has the respect of his long-standing crew (and vice versus). That says a lot about quality of the work and integrity of business practices.

None of the negative reviews I read here (before hiring Portlandia) have anything to do with roofing. This company is 5-Star on all counts.“

They also communicate on service day as well before they arrive. Additionally, the often discover issues that need attention, like loose gutters, or moss, or minor repairs. Although this might seem like upselling, I really appreciate this service, because I don't like to do high ladder work myself. I do a lot of home renovation myself and the stuff they have recommended I have genuinely needed and their prices are good.“
