“That's our renovation listed as "Gresham Kitchen Remodel 2021." Let me explain the scope of the work. Our home is over 40 years old and has never been remodeled. Most of the kitchen cabinets were broken in some way, the floor was green vinyl and the countertop were yellow melamine, or something like it. The lights were florescent. So the kitchen was a complete gut. We needed plumbing moved in two instances and we needed electrical work done. In addition, we needed to have the old carpeting in the living room removed and also the removal of the odd landing near the front door that was a definite safety issue and which requires replacing the front door. Aaron provided a detailed estimate and we discovered that we were easily able to track expenses based on the estimate. When all was said and done, even after we discovered we had expensive tastes in wood flooring and backsplashes, we came in right on target because of savings in other parts of the work. Aaron showed up when he said he would and he was present for all subcontractors and inspections. We now have a beautiful new kitchen, dining area and living room. I would definitely recommend Aaron for your renovation.“
