Echoing the other great things customers have said: Joe took the time to walk us through our bid item by item and helped us add/remove items depending on our needs. We had an emergency roof leak right before work was to begin and the team seamlessly picked up the extra work. We had partial siding replaced, a new front door installed, a bunch of external repairs, and painted the house/trim a new color. The office was very organized and helped us through every step of the process. We've received many compliments from neighbors on how the work has turned out! Highly recommend.

Having a home on a hill presented a tough challenge for my wife and I when planning new siding and windows. We had an amazing experience & can’t speak highly enough about Joseph Kenner Construction. We partnered with Joe and his team on a complete remodel and transformation of the exterior of our home, including new siding, gutters, window trim, and deck. Our PM - Steve - did an expert job of managing all trades as well as keeping us informed as we moved through the project. We also appreciated their guidance and expertise when we needed to add or change the project scope.
