“Brendan did a great job on painting and drywall repair in my ADU. He showed up on time, communicated clearly throughout the project, and kept me updated on progress as he went. The work was done well, and he left the place clean when he finished. The process was very easy, so I could focus on other things, which I really appreciated. On top of that, he was flexible about payment and even allowed a service trade instead of cash. Would absolutely work with him again.“

“Landscape East and West has recently completed my front yard project. They added irrigation to the flower beds and improved the existing lawn irrigation system. They repaired a low spot in the lawn and planted 30 shrubs and plants. They also installed some landscape lighting. Although it wasn't a big job for them (about $11,000), they made me feel like it was an important job. Bjorn made several trips to my house to help plan the project and made good suggestions about things I hadn't thought of. The crew doing the work was hard-working, competent, and efficient. They arrived early each day and left everything neat and clean at the end of the day.
About 8 years ago they did a huge make-over of our backyard. It turned out beautiful and we are really enjoying it, and always get compliments. It is like they doubled our living area, with a really fun outdoor space.

“I first used Gibson's to replace the roof of a friend's house as I was getting it ready to sell for her estate. They came through with a great bid and were very accommodating. They were able to complete it in a tight timeline in order for the sale to go through without any holdups.
I just had them replace my own roof as well. It was over 30 years old and it was time. I received three bids and again they came in as the lowest with all specs being equal. The roof turned out beautifully and they even roofed my backyard shed to match.
I worked with Josh Gibson, the owners son, for both projects. He is very personable and professional. I also referred him to my sister's mother-in-law and she used them too.

He took my mom shopping since she gets overwhelmed with too many decisions, which was super cute. He is better than either of us at picking finishes. They kept their word, they did what they promised well and they did it when they said they would. They were very careful to keep our home clean as they worked in messy areas. They were helpful, with insight and ideas, and sensitive to our budgetary issues. The office staff Keith and Chris were also helpful with scheduling and questions. “It was a Christmas Miracle. I cant express my gratitude to Lloyd, Randy and the Team! During the 1st monsoon a few weeks ago, my ceilings began to leak, 1st one room... then 2, then the drip drip drip on my attic access. I feared the worse, my ceilings are going to cave in w/ no end in sight w/ the rain. Panicked, I made a random post on Nextdoor to get referrals. 1st response was Lloyd w Armadas. within 30 mins he was on my roof. over the course of the next days, Randy was a knight in Shining Armour, in the pouring down rain, tarped a big section to secure me til we could start the job. I could have & considered getting multiple bids & pouring over the details to save a dime here or there, but in the end... The crew finished Christmas Eve, their lead guy on my job, came out on Christmas day!!. worked until dark, being so diligent to make sure the perimeter of my home had no nails, no debis ect ect. The job was done!! What would be the worst possible time to have to deal w/ this project, the bright side was Armada's good care..
