During the 1st monsoon a few weeks ago, my ceilings began to leak, 1st one room... then 2, then the drip drip drip on my attic access. I feared the worse, my ceilings are going to cave in w/ no end in sight w/ the rain. Panicked, I made a random post on Nextdoor to get referrals. 1st response was Lloyd w Armadas. within 30 mins he was on my roof. over the course of the next days, Randy was a knight in Shining Armour, in the pouring down rain, tarped a big section to secure me til we could start the job. I could have & considered getting multiple bids & pouring over the details to save a dime here or there, but in the end... The extra effort to help me in a very scary time, no pressure.. just actual honest, hard working people that care about their customers safety was all I needed. I took a leap of faith & I couldn't be more grateful. The crew finished Christmas Eve, their lead guy on my job, came out on Christmas day!!. worked until dark, being so diligent to make sure the perimeter of my home had no nails, no debis ect ect. The job was done!! What would be the worst possible time to have to deal w/ this project, the bright side was Armada's good care.. The drainage piping was worse than wrong. Kyle and one other Plummer (sorry, forgot his name), came to assess what was needed. With one person lying on his back in a crawl space area, under the house, too small to explain, they both worked together and saved our tubs and did it right! They took their time and made sure everything was done, no leaks etc. I can't say enough GREAT things about them and M P Plumbing, except to say they are now the first company I'll call for any pluming needs we may have !! We drew the layout she wanted, he gave his honest opinion about what would work better, and he made it happen in 7 months from breaking ground to Mom in her house. He let us bother him with any and all annoying questions, his boys are wonderful, any outside contractors they used were also awesome and respectful. If anything, he gives too many details about things he’s doing and working on for the week (and month) (and months). They made my Mom happy and they made a point to do it. He was very amicable to change things on the fly. Kept both of us updated on when people would be here (them, contractors, inspectors, etc). Finish work is excellent. He took my mom shopping since she gets overwhelmed with too many decisions, which was super cute. He is better than either of us at picking finishes. Everything was clean after everyday working. 10 out of 10 for the whole experience. Thanks Adam, Chris and Tim for making my Mom ecstatic about her new tiny house!”

“I purchased carpet through Home Depot, with installation completed by Romanoff Renovations. My experience had both significant frustrations and a positive outcome, so I wanted to leave a balanced review.<br><br>One thing I did not like about the installation process is that the carpet arrived pre-cut from the warehouse without any manufacturer tags or packaging. As a customer, you're expected to sign that it's the correct product without any way to independently verify it. The paperwork matched my order, and the office was able to confirm it matched their bill of lading, but I still think customers should receive clear product identification before installation.<br><br>Unfortunately, my first installation was not done well. There were visible seams, areas where the carpet had been cut too short near the walls, loose sections, and overall poor workmanship. I also struggled to communicate with the installer due to a language barrier, which made it difficult to explain my concerns.<br><br>Rather than immediately leaving a negative review, I contacted Romanoff Renovations and asked them to inspect the work. After speaking with the office and eventually having a supervisor come out, my concerns were validated. They agreed the installation needed to be redone.<br><br>It took about two months to fully resolve, which was definitely frustrating. However, Romanoff Renovations sent a different installer, replaced the carpet, and the difference was night and day. The second installer communicated well, understood exactly what I was concerned about, and completed a professional installation that looks fantastic. The seams are no longer noticeable, the edges are properly finished, and the overall quality is what I originally expected.<br><br>No company is perfect, and problems do happen. What matters to me is how a company responds when something goes wrong. Romanoff Renovations ultimately stood behind their work, replaced the carpet at their own expense, and made sure I was satisfied with the final result.<br><br>My suggestions would be to improve communication throughout the process, ensure customers can verify the product being installed, and maintain more consistent quality among installers.<br><br>Overall, while the process was longer and more frustrating than it should have been, I appreciate that they took responsibility and made it right. For that reason, I feel a 4-4.5 star review is fair.”

“My husband and I did not originally intend to build a custom home when we moved to Lake Oswego but after touring many Renaissance Homes in town we quickly realized how functional and beautiful they were - truly the absolute best homes available. We toured some of their spec homes and when we couldn't find one in the location we hoped for, our amazing realtor (Matt Tercek) suggested we think about building with Renaissance.
