When I found Brandi I had been going to my previous hairstylist for years so I was a bit nervous to try someone new. Brandi made me feel so comfortable and explained the whole process step by step as she was doing my hair. Now I've been going to her for about 5 or 6 years and I won't go to anyone else. She knows what she's doing and really takes great care of my hair! I would definitely recommend her! She does amazing work.

I came to Kelly to have my brows done, I was immediately put at ease and blown away with Kelly’s expertise and knowledge! I felt a littttle nervous at first because of peoples sharing their general experiences getting bikini waxes (geWaxing hair can be a little spicy you know lol) etc but it felt effortless and was efficient and way less painful then I thought! TLDR, I cut my own hair (mistake) and Jan fixed it and then some, holy cow! She made perfect layers for my thick, naturally wavy hair and knew how to properly frame my face.

Tracy is the absolute BEST! I looked everywhere for somewhere that could do a fun design for me and ended up walking into Melody Nails. Tracy looked at my inspiration photo and said it would be totally fine, even with me using 20 different colors! She was able to get me in almost immediately and spent THREE HOURS on my toes and hands. She is incredible at what she does and was so patient when I changed color requests, asked her to change the design of certain nails, etc. I have gone to a lot of salons and usually when I ask for something like this, the techs get pretty visibly frustrated or charge a ton of money per nail for each design. Tracy was patient, kind, and so affordable. Simply couldn't recommend her more! I will be a regular from now on! <3

As someone who’s pretty low-maintenance when it comes to hair (messy bun and go is usually my vibe), starting a new in-person job felt like the perfect opportunity to find a haircut that really works for me.
The salon was super clean, professional, and still had a warm, relaxing vibe that made me feel right at home. Sarah B was fantastic—she took the time to talk through everything with me, from maintenance and products to styling tips, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. She really made me feel heard and valued.

This is the only place I've had only one hot towel used for bot legs. She just draped it over both legs instead of wrapping the legs separately. Definitely room for improvement. Otherwise the pedicure was decent.

Tina is absolutely amazing. Fixed a botched cut no problem, and really made it gorgeous when I came back 3 months later for maintenance. As a long haired woman, she cuts only what I am comfortable with. I also have asian mixed hair, and she knows how to cut fussy hair.

After looking at reviews I chose Bella Fiore and I'm so glad I did! The place is clean and has a very relaxing atmosphere. I was greeted at the door by Sima and she was just so incredibly nice! All Pro Plumbing specialist Marcus came out today and changed an exterior frost free faucet. This is a complicated procedure as it connects into the wall to copper water pipe. The opening had to be adjustEd precisely to make this change. I needed to do replace this faucet 5 years ago but was told it was extremely complicated! This was not Complicated for "All Pro Marcus" who knew exactly what to do at each stage of the process--was completed in very short time frame and very affordable. Thank you All Pro Marcus!
Had a leak going to fridge that ruined my floor. I called at 7 and they were there at 9 working their magic. Very professional, courteous, and expeditious. Would recommend to anyone. No private equity either!!

PROBLEM: laundry room sink. At least 1 of 2 shut-off valves leaked internally (let water through while off), and at least one faucet handle also let water through while off. Even with the shut-off valves turned off and the faucet handles open, there was still a steady drip. (All dripping water was going into the sink... a waste of water, but no water damage)
EXPERIENCE: I called after-hours and spoke with Justin, who took the time to explain everything he would do to fix the problem, all of the costs, etc. Unfortunately, he only had access to his own schedule, which was booked for days. He advised me to call back in the morning, as the main office would have access to the full schedule. He also advised me to buy a faucet at a hardware store, in case the current faucet needed replacement (he could provide a faucet, but it might not be to my taste, and there is a standard mark-up for plumber-supplied parts).
When I called in the morning, Melissa informed me that the soonest they could see me would be in 2.5 days. She booked an appointment, but understood the urgency and encouraged me to call around to see if another company could help sooner. About 5 minutes later, she called back to let me know that there had been a cancellation, and that they could be at my house in an hour!
Justin and Luke arrived soon after. They were able to replace both shut-off valves and the existing faucet in just under an hour. They tested it, and cleaned up. Fast, friendly service, and the final cost was less than I expected. Thanks!

Most recently, Hillsboro Plumbing replaced all the 60+ year-old galvanized plumbing in the older part of our Hillsboro home with PECs. The work was done quickly (2 days), expertly, and thoroughly -- Travis checks absolutely everything before completing a job, and at a substantially lower cost than what larger plumbing companies estimated. Kyle came on Wednesday and finished on Friday. Very nice, professional, and personable! He answered all our questions, suggested best practices for installations and was prompt with his estimation of time needed to do all the work. I have used Hughes 3 times since purchasing my condo in November 2020. The first time was to fix multiple electrical issues in the home when I moved in. And the last 2 times were due to me blowing out the circuit and messing up the switch. Those 2nd times both happened at about midnight and Hughes had someone at my door 7am that morning to fix it. Curtis and Matt have both been fantastic in helping me with all my electrical needs around my home. They are extremely knowledgeable, they are very kind, and they are fast(which matters when you are paying by the hour). One of the times they didn’t even charge me because it was a quick fix.And their front office is always super nice when I call them too! Rarely do I like a service or a company, because they’re frequently trying to take advantage of customers for a quick buck. But, I do like Inland Electric. They’re a local small business, and they’re honest, ordinary, fast, fairly-priced, etc. There’s no corporate office full of businessmen wearing suits trying to figure out how to make the most money possible off of your house’s electrical issues, it’s a reliable local company comprised of local tradespeople! ??
Five Star took on a very large complicated job for us and absolutely knocked it out of the park. We needed our entire incoming power infrastructure (for 14 buildings!) relocated and other companies either couldn't even wrap their minds around the project or they threw out exorbitant bids. The electricians at Five Star weren't even phased by the scale and complexity of the job. They just got to work and gave us incredibly reasonable bid--and by the end of the project, which was precisely on time, the final cost was just under what they had bid! Huge thanks to Eric and Jason and the whole team. Can't recommend them enough.

First-time homeowner here--our heater broke overnight, so I called the company. The dispatcher was very patient and gave straightforward answers to all my questions, which I really appreciated. They scheduled an appointment for the very next day. The technician arrived on time, performed a thorough diagnostic, found the issue, and left to get the parts. Within an hour, he returned and replaced the gas valve, and we had heat again. I appreciated their transparent pricing and professional service. We have had Rev Construction do our mantle and framed our area around our fireplace in shiplap with a reclaimed wood mantle, subway tile backsplash, install our sink and make custom barn doors for our closet and pantry. They also installed some new office doors. It’s all amazing and we love it. Not only were they super quick to bid, but they also got us scheduled as soon as their schedule allowed. We will definitely have them do larger projects in the future. I would highly recommend Jeremy and Jeff.
June 2024 Rev did a black sheet metal roof for us and they were great to work with and we love it. The price was totally comparable to a normal comp roof when you look at the environment where we live not to mention it updates the house!

Cowin & Patrick are the best at what they do. I contacted them after I realized that our prior “pest control company” was essentially just feeding rats poison right outside our house, which resulted in unwanted visitors in our crawlspace. Ecosystem’s approach involves implementing permanent physical barriers between wildlife and the home, and trapping to ensure their work is effective. We have been so happy with their service that we hired them to do a crawlspace clean out at our rental house, too. If you want someone knowledgeable, respectful, & professional — hire these guys!

We've been clients of A Peace of Mind Landscaping for about 15 years, both with the old owner David Llanes, and with the new owner (also named Dave). He can be a little bit hard to get ahold of via his office, but once we were in touch with him directly, he got a date set up for his worker Juvenal to come out and do some major pruning/cleanup to our messy yard. Juvenal showed up on time and worked like a machine (he's been with the company for many years and has worked on our yard before). So be persistent with his office--call back if you need to--and Dave will get you taken care of.
I called Summit Landscape Inc. after my daughter-in-law found several positive reviews regarding Summit on Facebook. We were interested in having artificial turf installed in our backyard. I spoke to Summit Landscape owner, Travis Purcell. He was able to meet me at our home that same afternoon and explained the process and discussed the turf options, etc. I received a detailed estimate the very next day!
I contacted two other landscapers to secure additional estimates. Only one of the other two landscapers showed up and his estimate was received 4 days after he came to see the backyard. His estimate was over $3,200.00 more than Summit's estimate and it did not contain much detail of the scope of work, materials, etc.
Travis and his Operations Manager, Brian Konecky, were excellent in communicating a time line of when they could start the project and the number of days it would take to complete the project. Travis, Brian, and their work crew started the project on Monday, 4/14/25, and it was completed on Wednesday, 4/16/25. The work crew worked non-stop during the days they were at our home and kept the work area extremely tidy. We had an existing water feature constructed of very large lava rocks and concrete. Summit removed the large lava rocks as part of the project. That was significant for us as we did not want to have to deal with getting rid of these large rocks.
THE ARTIFICIAL TURF TURNED OUT AMAZING!!!! Travis and his team lined the borders around the turf with bark mulch along our fence lines and also put down decorative rocks around the walkway of slate pavers. WE ARE SO VERY HAPPY AND EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH HOW WELL THE PROJECT TURNED OUT!!! I am truly enjoying playing in the backyard with my two grandsons. Before the new turf was installed, the backyard was basically a mud pit and my grandsons were not able to play much in the backyard.

About a year ago (give or take a couple of months) our previous lawn maintenance provider went out of business and searched for a suitable replacement for his customers (Gus was a great guy!) He found Marshall at New Life Landscape and we've been with them ever since. Marshall is easy to communicate with and responds in a reasonable amount of time. He provides a good service at a fair price - and his crew always shows up when they say they will, do a good job, and leave the yard and sidewalks looking neat and clean when they are done.
We hired Landscape East & West after seeing their sign in a front yard in our neighborhood where they did a beautiful job. We recently finished construction on a large addition to our house, so our lawn had a lot of damage from heavy construction machinery. Our existing landscaping had also been overgrown for several years and due for a makeover. Lee and his team did an amazing job transforming our 1-acre property's flower beds and damaged lawn into a beautiful park-like setting. They adjusted and augmented our 12-zone sprinkler system to ensure complete coverage, and their recommendations of shrubs, trees, grasses, and flowers were excellent choices. We are very happy with the results of this large project, and amazed they completed the work in only 2-1/2 weeks. Everyone was super friendly, efficient, and professional. I would definitely use them again for future projects, and I highly recommend them to others.
Though I haven’t had the chance to work with Peak Landscape directly, I was fortunate to meet a few of their team members at a networking event recently. Mark, one of the owners, and Jim were both incredibly kind and approachable at their sponsor booth. It was clear that they’re passionate about building strong relationships with clients and making a positive impact in their communities.
I noticed a large maple leaning toward my fence and called Duran Tree Service in Hillsboro for an assessment. Gus booked me quickly and explained what they would check trunk health, canopy weight, and clearance over the power line. The crew arrived on time, set safe drop zones, and used proper rigging to lower heavy branches without damaging the fence. They did a wonderful job! I am a longtime patient who has enjoyed excellent care. They discovered a crack in my wife’s tooth after it was missed by another dentist. I have benefitted from excellent friendly expert care.
These front desk staff are organized, and mindful of my time. When I show up, they are ready, wait time is minimal. The dental staff always make sure they manage pain, so that you are never "scared" to go. It's easy, pain free and the dental staff are all a bunch of tooth nerds, exactly what you want and need.
Been going to them for 5yrs+. Nice waiting area with complimentary drinks. Everyone has always been super friendly and helpful. Great cleanings that do a thorough job.
My family and I have gone to Cornell Dental for over 10 years! Dr Adam's and staff are amazing! My husband broke a front tooth on a weekend, and they got him in same day so he wasn't walking around toothless! My youngest needed a root canal and didn't even feel it afterwards. No pain. I've done Invisiline here as well! They do just about every procedure you can think of! Have referred 4 or 4 families to them!

I've been coming here since I was a kid. After some time in the military and trying a few new places when I moved back here I'm right back to Smith Dental. They are always so kind, work with your budget and schedule, I've never felt that they try to oversell me on anything. The hygienists are all very friendly and wonderful at their jobs. They give you a cute goodie bag after every cleaning with floss/toothbrush and toothpaste. I feel like they truly care for each person as an individual and don't rush through things. They've recently moved and the new office is gorgeous! Spacious and clean, they still have their cute clown fish and larger waiting area. I didn't have insurance until recently and they helped me out with their personal insurance/dental program. They also told me about care credit which helped cover me when I couldn't afford what was needed but didn't want to space the fillings out over time... Which was a totally viable option that they offered me. I truly believe if you come here you won't be happy anywhere else!

It was easy to talk to someone about setting up an appointment as a new patient! I was able to get everything done in a timely manner, and when the dentist found some areas of concern she was able to help fix them in the same day and the hygienists were able to help finish my cleaning! Dr. Tessa is hands down the best of the best! I walk in and tell her what is bothering me and I walk out feeling AMAZING!! Why is she so great at what she does, because she takes the time to listen. She not only works work bone structure but will work and relax the muscles that are also causing the problems. If you are on the fence or never been to a Chiro before she is the prefect first step. If you have familiar with Chiro and want a change I promise she will be that change for you!!!

I started going here 4 months ago and I love everything about it! I have been working with Andrea on the aesthetic side and she has a gift! She is very honest about what to expect (cost, results and pain) and I greatly appreciate that. She doesn’t nickel and dime and you feel good about the services you are receiving. She also doesn’t over treat, which means you have a natural look rather than a ‘done’ face. I am in my mid 40’s and want to age gracefully and I feel like Andrea understands this goal. I can’t say enough great things about her work and the clinic itself.
Dr. Barkley is simply the best. When my cat was going through dietary issues, she listened to every concern and had a plan for every eventuality. Her staff is kind, patient, and supportive. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone!
Decided to leave the vet factory that is B******d. Brought our boy in for allergies. Turned out it was his food. Skin spray & oral medicine (cytopoint didn't work for him). Amazing care & concern. And these treatments worked! My boy just loves Dr Beedle! A few months later we brought our girl in for an abnormal growth on her abdomen. Dr Rejba was companionate for my concern of cancer. A sample was sent out for testing. If you're concerned about pricing over treatment when it comes to taking care of your sick pet, then you don't deserve a pet! Any kind of healthcare & treatment cost! And it may be $30 more than the factory down the street, but to find staff as caring and attentive as this veterinary office, it's worth every penny! From front office to back, A-MAZ-ING!!

Companion in Hillsboro is one of the few (maybe only) walk-in clinics in the area which worked for me being in the area for family visiting. The staff was incredibly friendly from the person who answered the phone to the techs who helped me check out at the end. Dr. Crepeau who examined our pup was very friendly, reassuring, and incredibly knowledgeable. Although the diagnosis wasn’t great news, I felt so much better knowing that Winston received excellent care and we received medications at affordable prices. We could have ended up at any animal clinic, but we really lucked out walking into Companion. Winston is doing a lot better and we were also given information on what signs to look for if we need to bring him in again which was also reassuring to know.
Every time we go here we end up getting stuck in a room and nobody checks in. We were on time for our appointment and after 35 minutes of waiting we decided to leave as this vet clinic does not take our time seriously.
For a clinic who is one of the most expensive we have been to, I would expect your operations to be a lot better than what they are.
UPDATE: We have gone back since and on our last visit they got to us very quickly and I could tell they meant business. We really appreciated how quickly everything went.
We have only visited once so far but I am so happy with the clinic and Dr. Ranallo. My Phoebe is a little bit shy but Dr. Ranallo won her over in no time. I had an overall feeling that she loved seeing Phoebe and that she will care for her. Communication on cost as the appointment progressed was very clear and everything was explained to me along the way. So happy we tried it out here.

I've been going here for about 4 years now and they are absolutely amazing. I always get a 1hr. deep tissue massage and they use hot stones, essential oils, and give a body stretch at the end of each service. It costs $85 for this type of massage and it's cheaper if you pay in cash vs card. I HIGHLY recommend coming here if you are sore or in any type of pain and need relief, they always give excellent service, and I leave here feeling 100% better than when I walked in. LOVE this place.
Subscription deal for members is rather nice, with massage time rolled over over if a month is missed. The LMTs that I've seen here have all been very professional, communicating clearly and never crossing boundaries. They are also personable, easy to talk to or rest quietly and relax into the service with if the mood strikes.
My usual therapist always takes a few min to get updates on my health, assess my needs, and adjust care. They take great care of me here and it has been well worth the cost as part of my ongoing pain management strategy.
Very nice place. Amy does a professional job. I needed deep tissue massage for my neck shoulders and back. Amy is incredibly strong, she consistently works out the knots in my neck shoulders and back while using lighter massage on muscles that are not tense. I am a repeat customer of Amy's for several years now, and her new location in Hillsboro is beautiful. I highly recommend.

The physical therapists & front desk staff are all awesome, and I really enjoy working with BenchMark for my physical therapy as a whole.
They've got a bunch of convenient locations and I haven't had a bad experience at any of them. Especially at this location, in Hillsboro, my PT is super nice and extremely knowledgeable.
It's on the smaller side, but it's really great to get 1-on-1 care, compared to some of the other physical therapy treatment places that have many patients all at once, and fewer staff.

Dr. Vu is the most incredible acupuncturist! His knowledge is exceptional, and he genuinely cares about the well-being of his patients. After a car accident, I went to him for treatment, and he knew exactly how to help me recover. Dr. Vu can achieve results I didn't know were possible with acupuncture. I highly recommend everyone to see him, as he can treat many different conditions. I will continue to go here for years to come.
This is my first experience with acupuncture and has been fantastic! I've felt much better from the very first appointment and increasingly better with successive treatments. I wish I'd done this years ago. Ellie is amazing and helped me feel at ease immediately.

Adult Driver. Greg and Lorna were amazing driving instructors. Both had incredible amount of patience and knowledge that it made the entire experience of learning how to drive as an adult, productive and enjoyable.
