Neptali and his crew arrived first thing in the morning to remove a Douglass Fir that fell through our roof into our house during the windstorm in December of 2025. The tree was removed by noon! Next they removed 7 trees that had fallen across our driveway, after they had climbed through all the debris to get to the house. Thanks to them we were able to get a tarp to cover the hole in the roof before the atmospheric river of rain started. He even returned on Christmas eve to take down a tree that we were afraid might fall on the house next. Neptali is the best. Excellent service, family owned business that answered the call in the middle of the night during a windstorm. We will always recommend him. Only tree service we will call, no one compares!

This is the third time I’ve used Mott’s Carpet Cleaning. I’ve used them for carpets and our couches. Today I just had them clean our sectional. Pricing is incredibly reasonable, the staff is professional, friendly, and prompt. I highly recommend them, as they are reasonably priced, family owned, and incredibly professional.
Last week we had to make the heartbreaking decision to put our sweet cat Bart down at Banks Veterinary Service, and I cannot begin to express how amazing the staff was.
From the moment we were there, they showed so much compassion, kindness, and understanding during one of the hardest moments for our family. They made such a painful experience feel as peaceful and loving as possible.
I was not able to afford to have Bart’s ashes returned or purchase paw prints or keepsakes from the company that picked him up. Then yesterday, I received a card from the clinic with the most compassionate message, along with paw prints, nose prints, and some of Bart’s fur.
It absolutely made my day and meant more to me than words can explain.
That incredibly thoughtful gesture brought me more comfort than they will ever know. I will never forget the compassion they showed us and the care they gave Bart. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
