I have been bringing my oldest cat here for 13 years and have brought in my other two cats in the last 5 years. The staff all around is very nice and accommodating. I am one of the pet parents that always has a MILLION questions and they always take the time to make sure everything is explained thoroughly over the phone and by email. I have never had a bad experience here and will continue to bring my pets here forever! I'm very appreciate of how accommodating and friendly everyone is especially during the pandemic!!

After spending two weeks calling just about every vet clinic in Portland and begging for an urgent care appointment, I was finally able to get one here. I was told they always leave some space to see urgent cases and I get to go in with my cat. I’m so looking forward to my appointment and am happy to have found a new vet home for my kitties. Thank you for seeing my sick cat on such short notice.

My experience with Frontier Veterinary Hospital yesterday was as good as it gets! Customer service was stellar and all personnel involved including the veterinarian, office staff and techs were professional and empathetic. My senior cat needed to be seen urgently and the initial contact person, Kali was able to work her in within the hour even though she was a new patient! Kali also explained office procedures and informed me about the forms to complete online. Curbside service at the clinic insures social distancing and left me with peace of mind regarding COVID exposure.
