Staff is extremely friendly, Dr Paulena and Rand are the assets. They explain each and every thing so clearly that even non medical people able to understand.Thank you for the great job.
That’s this was by far my best experience at any dentist office ever starting with the lady at the front desk. Lexi was super kind and super professional. She definitely deserves a raise and the doctor Pauline, somehow fix my cavity without me even filling it. this will definitely be my dentist for the rest of my life. Thanks to this awesome team, some might say this is the dream team.
My highlight would be how personable Lexi was. When I was in the waiting room I overheard her conversation with someone who was struggling to pay. She walked through all the options with him and took the time to have a genuine conversation rather than expecting him to figure it all on his own. She’s a keeper! My disappointment was with the cleaning itself. I was expecting a more thorough cleaning and it felt rushed. Nice folks though.
