Tessa did an amazing job. I started things off on the wrong foot by completely booking the wrong day online by accident and coming in when she wasn't expecting me. She still made it work, and gave me the most amazing color. I always dread trying to make small talk through such a long service but she let me just sit and relax and think my thoughts without it being awkward, and was still great to talk with when I felt ready. Finally, she helped me to trouble shoot why my at home blowouts never work. I had all but given up but I'm looking forward to trying again now. To top it all off, it was SO much more affordable than I'm used to shelling out for in Portland.
The salon is very clean, everything tidy, nice open natural lighting concept, which I loved! I was originally very nervous about getting my hair done as I've had terrible experiences before from me having such dark hair but Tessa made the process enjoyable, comfortable, talking me through and showing me each step that she did putting me at ease! The end results came out perfectly, exactly what I wanted, she saw my vision just from me describing it! Tessa is amazing and I'll be recommending everyone that needs any type of hair stuff done, to her! Thanks Tessa!
