First of all, I’d like to say that Sherry Benson’s welcome made me feel right at home and completely at ease. She is lovely! Secondly, my physical therapist, Caroline, put me at ease with her knowledge and patience. She made me feel very confident about my treatment. I highly recommend Benchmark!
My Physical Therapist was competent and flexible. I had serious issues with PT hurting me in the past but instead she accommodated me with grace. I had to cut short because of insurance issues. I only wish I knew she would be my therapist when I return after hip surgery.
This Co. Played a monumental moment in my recovery as I was in a wheelchair for 4 plus years.
They helped in every way to make my experience easiest for me as I do have memory issues.
If I leave been able to adjust my schedule as needed and I get reminders but just before the appointment and that is so monumental in any business
